June 2013 Rimfire / Center Fire Steel Challenge Schedule

"June" is here and our Steel Challenge schedule looks like this:
 
A "Practice" will be held on Thursday evening June 13th. The gates will open at 5 PM (it my be cooler by then). We  will stay open until everyone is finish practicing. There will be timer available for those who would like to shoot against time during the practice.
 
How long has it been since you fired your Home Defense Firearm in a controlled rapid fire manner at a Silhouette?

Pre-Independence Day Trap Shool

The Hi-Desert Rod and Gun Club is planning a Trap Shoot for June 30, 2013.
 
Shoot will be 50 targets, 25 singles, and 25 handicap. Handicap yardage will be singles score plus 2. Minimum 10 shooters.
 
Entrance fee will be 2 tickets plus $2.00 cash.
 
Prizes: 
  • High overall - $5.00
  • High yardage $3.00 each 
  • Runner up Yardage $2.00 each
 
Disposition of any extra cash will be by vote of participating shooters.
 
Additionally, we have a silver medallion honoring Medal of Honor recipients. Registration for that will be separate from shoot but contest will be concurrent with the shoot.
